This can contribute to improved geography knowledge as students identify the locations of various celebrations on a map.

Welcome to America! Even though I live in the United States, my students really enjoyed learning about Christmas in the United States of America. After reviewing the PowerPoint Presentation included in this bundle, many students found similar traditions with each other. This was really fun to experience for all of us. We were also able to have a class conversation about different traditions the students shared.
Welcome to the land down under! Christmas Around the World Australia is so fun. The weather is warm and the colors are bright! Very different from what most of us experience here in the United States. From the unique animals to preparing for St. Nick, Christmas Around the World Australia is a dream come true.
Meet Père Noël! Do you know who that is? That is who we know as Santa to people in France. Travel to France for Christmas around the world France for the holiday season with students. Learn about the unique culture and many holiday traditions people enjoy during the Christmas season.

I don’t know about you, but I love all things Italian! Christmas in Italy sounds like a dream come true! The great people of Italy enjoy pasta, chocolate, cake, and coffee starting December 8. Invite students along with you to experience all things Christmas in Italy.
Christmas Around the World Mexico is a beautiful thing! From the warm weather to the tasty, delicious food, students are sure to love this experience. Christmas in Mexico includes fireworks, dancing, singing Spanish carols, and lots of food! When traveling to Mexico for Christmas, students will see piñatas and nativity scenes.
Make sure to play the well-known song "Feliz Navidad" for students!
Sweden is a beautiful country! If you really want to have fun with your class, incorporate the traditions of Sweden into your Christmas party and travel for Christmas around the world Sweden. Smörgåsbords can be found during the holiday season in Sweden. Plan your class Christmas party menu with the “Smörgåsbord” concept in mind. Talk about this with your students during the party! This will be a great memory for your students.
